Software functionalities and example of using the Virus Total tool.

 Once you get a link, or you want to gain information on any link that you have no information about, copy and paste the link into the search box on the home page as shown below.

After pressing the search machine, you will wait for the link to be assessed by the software and in a few seconds, it will show you whether the link is affected by malware or not.

Below, marked in red is the search machine bar, where you insert the link and the software will be able to run and give you the results.

The column in blue is the type of antivirus used on the site or antivirus that is recommended to remove a type of malware identified.

The column marked in yellow informs you in summary how the link you have searched is created. The column will tell you which specific area is affected by malware or is cleaned.

The column marked in red explains to the user whether the link is affected by malware or if the link is clean link and safe to be used.
